Manchester based property investment company, the Mistoria Group, last week announced the addition of three new employees to its growing team.
Qualified decorator and interior designer, Dave Pearson, will be heading up the ‘renovations’ side of the RFM (renovations, furnishings, maintenance) division. Estate agent, Mike Quinn will be managing the new estate agency sales side of the business and April Calderbank, very recently returned from maternity leave, will act as group administrator. All three have extensive knowledge and experience having worked in the property industry for many years.
The new appointments come at a busy and exciting time for the company, which is enjoying sustained and significant growth since its inception in 2009. Now managing more than 200 properties and with a turnover of more than £3 million, the Mistoria Group is set for continued growth as one of the leading property investment companies in the North West of England.
Commenting on the new staff appointments, Group founder, Mish Liyanage said, “Dave, Mike and April bring a vast and unique set of skills and expertise to their new roles and I am delighted to welcome them to the team. Strong employees are absolutely vital to the Mistoria Group’s growth and success and I am confident that through their hard work and individual contribution, the company will continue to flourish.”
