Manchester based property investment company, the Mistoria Group, has today announced the launch of an exciting and unique student housing development in Liverpool. Work will be commencing next week on the ‘Boaler Street Student Village’ project in Kensington, with refurbishment due for completion in June 2014, in preparation for the 2014/15 academic year.
Comprising seven properties located side by side, the Boaler Street development will, once renovated and refurbished, offer 35 luxury bedrooms, finished to the high specification for which the Mistoria Group has become renowned. Specialising in the high yielding student and professional accommodation market and offering a comprehensive property service for investors, from property sourcing, refurbishment and maintenance to lettings, the Mistoria Group now manages more than 220 properties and 1000 tenancies has become the market leader in the student property market in the North West.
“We are very excited to be launching the Boaler Street Student Village next year and in terms of its offering in the North West, it is the first of its kind.” says CEO of the Mistoria Group, Mish Liyanage. “Close to the University, shops and local transport links, we are expecting a great deal of interest in these properties and have put Kensington on the map, a location not traditionally associated with student living. As market leaders in luxury, high specification houses, we have been improving our specification each year. The Boaler Street project is a twenty first century approach to student living and we can’t wait to see the finished result.”
