Manchester based property investment company, the Mistoria Group, has been nominated in the ‘Best Residential Property Management Company’ category at the 2014 Grafters Awards.  The awards, which celebrate excellence in the North West’s construction industry, will be announcing winners in all 21 categories at a glittering gala dinner on 20th March at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Club.  The selection process takes place by means of a public vote, which is undertaken via the Grafters website at www.grafters-nw.co.uk, with voting concluded on 20th February.

Grafters North West was established in October 2012 as a construction based networking group, the name a nod to the different industries making up Manchester’s Construction Industry.  This is the first year that the Grafters Award ceremony will be held, in recognition of all the trades that bring a development together.

The Mistoria Group has been nominated with 2 other companies in the category of ‘Best Residential Property Management Company’, no doubt in recognition of the firm’s significant growth, particularly over the past 12 months.  The business, led by pro-active CEO, Mish Liyanage, has added a further 3 arms to the group in the past year alone, in addition to launching an international enterprise.  Their charity support, via ‘The Mistoria Group Foundation’ is a further development to the organisation, with the firm pledging 3% of all profits to charitable organisations in 2014.

“We are extremely pleased to have been nominated at the Grafters Awards.” said Mish Liyanage.  “2013 has been an exceptionally successful year for us and to be acknowledged by other industry leaders in the North West is very flattering indeed.”
