The maintenance division of Manchester based property investment company, the Mistoria Group, have today announced that they will be halving the cost of their emergency call out fees until 31 December 2013, for all those who take out maintenance contracts with them in the month of September. The extraordinary move comes just one week following a pledge to offer a 10% discount on all commercial renovation projects undertaken in the same month.
The Mistoria Group, formed in 2009, is enjoying continued and significant growth at the current time, with a dedicated team in place at Mistoria Maintenance to manage call-outs, a service they consider as vital. With all work guaranteed for a 12 month period, the maintenance division is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the North West’s most reliable organisations.
Senior Operations Manager at Mistoria Maintenance, Cassim Kaaba, hopes that the proposal of a half-price emergency call out fee will attract new business, both locally and further afield. “Answering out of hours emergencies is not a service many are eager to provide due to the nature of the timing.” he said.
“These emergencies comprise anything from gas leaks to electrical failures, and essentially, many of these predicaments do occur during the night, but our team are happy to respond and find a solution. We hope that by presenting this offer for a limited period, we will be able to secure new contracts, enhance our services and ultimately, help clients to save money whilst providing them with peace of mind.”
