Our Stakeholder Strategic Investments
For investors, the Group targets 12% cash yield (rental + capital) with a minimum £50,000 investment.
For landlords, the objective is to maximise rental income and ensure properties are fully compliant.
For sellers, the objective is to get top market value and a swift and efficient sale.
Our CEO’s Five-Year Vision
- Manage 2,000+ properties and 5,000+ tenancies (up from the current operational book).
- Grow from the current branch network to 20 branches across the North West.
- Establish Mistoria as the preferred employer in North England real estate.
- Deliver a minimum of 60 refurbishments per year through RFM / Mistoria Renovations.
- Pursue acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, including opening international offices.
- Through the Mistoria Charity Foundation and the Mistoria Private Collective, to unite charitable impact with exclusive access to a carefully curated client network.
