As we have previously reported Manchester is a city with a bright future and a booming economy. Further investment plans were announced on September 9th which suggests that the city is to undertake a transformation in coming years.
Manchester: A growing success story has been published by regeneration experts Ekosgen, it provides evidence that the city will attract over 50,000 new residents over the next decade whilst creating 40,000 new jobs.
The report unveiled a new project expected to take three years, ‘Grow’ will provide infrastructure developments around the city and its surrounding areas, including Salford.
The project will provide the renovation of transport links including Victoria Station, Metrolink’s Second City Crossing and Cross City Bus Corridor. All of these developments will ensure travel around the city and its outskirts is more efficient for residents and commuters.
Manchester’s surrounding areas are also set to evolve, MediaCityUK has now acquired the Digital World Centre – home to the Telegraph Media Group amongst other businesses.
“Acquiring the Digital World Centre is a fantastic step forward for MediaCityUK as we expand the choice of flexible office space and enhance the destination offering for visitors” – Stephen Wild Managing Director of MediaCityUK. The purchase of these offices has increased MediaCity’s size by 70,000sqft and is expected to significantly boost the number of visitors and new residents in Salford.
As the renovations are set to attract 50,000 new residents there must be preparation for the increased demand for accommodation, Mistoria specialise in rented properties designed for young professionals which we think will be in high demand during the further development of Machester and Salford.
With properties now available within Salford situated prime locations Mistoria can provide a range of potential investment opportunities. If you are looking to invest in property please contact us via email at email@example.com or telephone on 0800 500 3015.
