Since 2014 the Mistoria Group has taken on a number of young apprentices to offer them the opportunity to learn new skills. The success of the increasingly busy sales division depends very much on its key players. Gratefully Chloe is using her ambition and drive to maintain the business growth.
19 year old Chloe Robinson describes how the first couple of months in the job are progressing. When the opportunity to join Mistoria Group on a 1 year apprenticeship presented itself, she jumped at the chance of learning new skills and benefitting from the experience of others. By being a quick learner and open to new ideas she has settled well into the busy environment of Mistoria Estate Agents.
With the Mistoria Group achieving extra ordinary growth since 2009 the estate agents division has never been busier. “I have been here for 6 months now and very much enjoying my role”
Despite the challenged often presented, juggling the tricky demand of landlords and new investors and home buyers. Working well under pressure Chloe is enjoying her position and can see a bright future at the growing company. “There never seems to be enough hours in the day, but I am looking forward to my future with Mistoria Estate Agents” Chloe says.
It would seem that when it comes to the right balance of work versus play Chloe certainly has her life in order.
