Here, overseas investor, Russ Fraser explains why he chose the Mistoria Group to manage his UK property investment.
How many properties do you own?
So far, just one, but I’m hoping to increase that! I bought an ‘armchair deal’ property in the North West of England. I live in the UAE and needed the confidence to be able to ‘seal the deal’ without ever having visited the property. Why have you chosen to invest in the property market?
I wanted a healthy return on my investment in an area which is on the rise.

I am originally from Oldham and my family still live there. I know the area well, so it was a sensible choice in terms of keeping an eye on things. Choosing to invest in a location that I am familiar with is important as I am based so far away.
