How many properties do you own?
I have invested in two separate properties with Mistoria as an “Armchair Investor” so they have taken care of all of the details on my behalf.
Why have you chosen to invest in the property market?
When you look at the various investment options available, property provides comparatively higher investment returns, so it seems like the sensible route in the current climate.
Why did you choose to invest in the North West of England?
I felt that there was a higher rental yield available for an HMO student property in the region, giving me a more secure income level.
