The Mistoria Group planning major expansion and investment in 100 properties supporting Bolton’s Masterplan

The Mistoria Group, one of the North West’s fastest growing property companies is planning further expansion and investment in up to 100 properties across Bolton supporting the towns ambitious Masterplan proposals where people can live, work, study and invest.

With 13k students now studying in the UK’s biggest town, the Mistoria Group with its experience in delivering high quality rental accommodation for the education sector has identified Bolton as one of its growth areas over the next few years. The town centre and its immediate surrounding area will be the beneficiary of this investment.
